Concept Preview Proposed Platform Pakistan Education and Immigration Consultants Association seal

PEICA Digital Platform

A proposed national registry, accreditation programme and professional network built to bring formal structure, accountability and recognised standing to Pakistan's education and immigration consultancy sector.

This page presents a platform concept prepared for review by the PEICA board. The features described are planned, not yet in production.

The Case for Formal Accreditation

An industry of real scale, without a shared standard

Education and immigration consultancy is one of the most active professional services sectors in Pakistan. Firms across every major city advise families on university placement, visa pathways and overseas settlement, and the decisions taken on their advice carry significant financial and personal weight.

The sector, however, has grown faster than the structures around it. There is no single national record of who is operating, no common standard of training, and no consistent route for a family to verify that the firm in front of them is legitimate. Credible, well run consultancies are left carrying the reputational cost of those who are not.

PEICA proposes to address this the way established professions do: a central register, a defined compliance and training programme, a recognised certification, and a transparent route for grievances. The platform described on this page is the digital infrastructure intended to make that workable at national scale.

Planned Capabilities

Seven components of the proposed platform

Each component below is part of the platform concept under consideration. Nothing described here is live yet.

01

Central Registry & Accreditation

Consultancies across the country register on a single national platform, complete a defined compliance and training programme, and are issued an official PEICA Authorized Consultant certification. The intent is for that certification to carry formal government recognition, giving clients one clear mark to look for.

02

Banking & Payments Integration

A partner bank is to be integrated directly into the platform to handle membership fees and consultant transactions. Routing payments through a recognised banking channel keeps association finances auditable and gives every member a documented payment record.

03

Consultant to Consultant Marketplace

Member firms with strength in a particular destination or service can present that capability to other members inside the platform. Where two members agree to work together, the commission arrangement is logged on the platform so both parties hold the same written record of the terms.

04

Fraud Prevention & Dispute Resolution

Verification at the point of registration is designed to keep unverified and fraudulent operators outside the member network. A structured complaint system takes grievances from clients and members, escalates them to PEICA leadership, and refers matters onward to a legal team where they cannot be resolved internally.

05

Dedicated Consultant Dashboards

Every accredited firm receives its own portal for its registration status, certification, logged agreements and complaint history. Access is limited to registered businesses, specifically Private Limited companies, Partnerships and Registered Sole Proprietorships. Individual and student accounts are deliberately out of scope.

06

Social Media Aggregation

Live feeds from PEICA's Facebook, Instagram and X or Threads accounts are surfaced on the platform in one place. This keeps members and visitors current on the association's nationwide activity, chapter events and engagement with government bodies without leaving the site.

07

Chamber of Commerce Integration

The platform guides members toward registration with the Lahore, Islamabad and KPK Chambers of Commerce as a further layer of formal standing. Chamber membership sits alongside PEICA accreditation to strengthen a firm's credibility with clients, banks and government departments.

Institutional Standing

Chamber of Commerce integration

Accreditation carries more weight when it sits inside the country's existing commercial institutions rather than beside them. The platform is designed to guide member firms through registration with their regional Chamber of Commerce as a companion step to PEICA certification.

For a consultancy, chamber membership is a recognised marker of a properly constituted business. Paired with a PEICA registration record, it gives banks, government departments and prospective clients two independent points of verification for the same firm.

  • Guided registration path presented inside the member dashboard
  • Chamber status recorded alongside PEICA accreditation on the member profile
  • Shared verification trail for banking, government and client due diligence

Lahore Chamber of Commerce

Punjab chapter members guided to registration as part of the accreditation pathway.

Islamabad Chamber of Commerce

Capital territory members positioned close to the federal bodies the association engages with.

KPK Chamber of Commerce

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa members brought into the same formal commercial framework.

Next Step

Register your interest in the platform

PEICA is inviting consultancies, partner institutions and government stakeholders to review this concept and indicate their interest in taking part in the first accreditation cycle. Registration is open to constituted businesses: Private Limited companies, Partnerships and Registered Sole Proprietorships.

This is a concept preview prepared for board review. Timelines, fees and the final feature set are subject to approval.
